Finally! A deliciously sneaky way to hide your egg whites and Oats!
If you gag at the thought of eating plain old egg whites and Oatmeal every morning, here is your Rx. These mouth watering high protein, Fruit and Nut Pancakes are simply to die for. You wont believe your not cheating!
Coach Cynthia is serving em up light n fluffy, topped with nuts & organic fruit! She has fine tuned the ingredients to create a Macro-Perfect Meal Rx.

Servings: 1 Female (Gents Double up!)
Here’s what you need..
1 Scoop Vanilla Met-Rx Protein Plus.
1/4 cup egg whites.
1/4 cup low cal Cashew Milk.
1/3 cup Oat Flour.
1/2 tsp flavored extract of your choice
1/4 cup water.

1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and only add water if needed.
2. Pour your Protein infused Pancake mix on to heated pan and grill till bubbles appear.. flip and repeat.
3. Garnish with Cinnamon, Slivered Almonds and 1 serving Organic Fruit of your choice.
* (Sugar Free Syrup and Spray Butter optional)
